Our Mission
Developed. By Women. (DBW) seeks out and trains women who aspire to have a career in real estate development and have demonstrated passion, capacity, and the grit required to execute projects successfully. DBW has a core team of mentors that provide apprentice-like opportunities, a healthy dose of optimism, and the trust required to bring out the best in our associate developers.
Creating a space for women to learn, own, and invest.
We seek to harness the entrepreneurs, the placemakers, and caretakers to use their skills to shift Utah’s landscape, literally. The increased participation of diverse women will help amplify the many voices that we often represent. The voices of the people we love, the people we want to build for and the next generation.

Developed. By Women. aims to create a development world that represents the world we live in. That world is 50% women. The inclusion of women will push design boundaries, will re-center development on community-based design and create a model of abundance. We know that women will build the ‘house’ they want to live in.
